1. Daily Meditation
Even if Its for 5-10 minutes.  Take that time to shut the door, phone and computer.  Close your eyes, clear your mind  and just breathe.  Be in the moment.  There are also great apps like @headspace and @zen.mixer to get you started. 
2. Exercise
A Workout of low to moderate intensity makes you feel energized and healthy.
Scientists have found that regular participation in aerobic exercise has been shown to decrease overall levels of tension, elevate and stabilize mood, improve sleep, and improve self-esteem. Even five minutes of aerobic exercise can stimulate anti-anxiety effects.
3. Adaptogens
As shown in the picture below, adaptogens like Ashwagandha decreases levels of the stress hormone cortisol, reduces depression symptoms and improves sleep patterns. @himalayausa
