Finding extra time in your day to prepare meals or exercise can be difficult. You will need to come up with a plan of action (POA). For example, I will wake up an extra hour to two before I need to get ready to leave my house. With this extra time I have been able to prepare meals for the week, get in a workout and write this blog! I was never a "morning person" but I have made my health and wellness a priority and have set personal goals for myself. A book that helped inspire me is The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. I suggest when you have a chance read this or get the audio and listen in the car or on the way to work.
My next set of blog posts will be specifically related to healthy and delicious meals, snacks and beverages when you are crunched for time. You can eat healthy while still enjoying your food and feeling satisfied. I will also include exercises that are proven to help burn calories and can be done in minutes a day to help maintain a healthy body and mind. Look out for these in the weeks to come. Below are a few teasers!
-Baked buffalo Wings
-Cauliflower poppers
-Dark Chocolate Trail Mix Bites
-Mocha Frappe
-Milkshakes
-Sweet potato fries
-Pizza
-Waffles
-Chinese orange chicken
-Stuffed Peppers
-Casseroles
-Hearty Soups
-Quesadillas
